We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $120.

All our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Caloundra, Queensland. We strive to process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. If you would prefer a click-and-collect order, we also offer this option for Sunshine Coast locals (or those up for a little road trip). 

If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you are happy with the outcome. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. For most in-stock items, standard parcel delivery takes 1-3 days for metro areas and 2-5 days for regional areas.

For Western Australia customers it may take up to 5-12 days.

We take great care in packaging your items securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Our products are shipped in sturdy, appropriately sized boxes with adequate padding and protection. 

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and straightforward. You can securely pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, or AfterPay.

We offer convenient delivery options for our customers across Australia. For most in-stock items, we provide standard parcel dispatch time of one day. Our shipping policy.

We want you to be delighted with your Everbox purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. 

8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
