Delivery services you can trust
At Everbox, we offer convenient delivery options for our customers across Australia. For most in-stock items, we provide standard parcel dispatch time of one day. Depending on your location delivery times are typically 1-3 days for metro areas and 2-5 days for regional areas. Goods will be shipped either by courier, general transport, or Australia Post where possible.

Delivery Costs
Shipping
Our shipping costs are calculated on several factors, including your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. This calculation method is necessary due to the range of products we sell. Remember it’s FREE delivery for orders over $120.
To obtain an accurate shipping cost estimate, begin by adding your desired items to your cart. The shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
The final shipping cost will consider the weight and size of your items and the distance they need to travel to reach you. This means that the shipping cost may vary depending on the specifics of your order.
Handling Times:
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days for metro areas and 2-5 days for regional areas, except for Western Australia (5-12 business days). We use Australia Post and Sendle for most of our postage.
Shipping to PO Boxes:
We can ship small orders to PO Boxes via Australia Post. Larger orders will need a street address.
Click & Collect / Pickup Instore:
You may choose ‘pickup instore’ during checkout. We will email when your order is ready for collection, the same day is normal fine as long as the order is before 2pm. Our address for collection is 51 Pierce Ave, Little Mountain Qld 4551. Please come via the front entrance and make yourself known to staff at our front counter – please have your order number with you.
Tracking Deliveries:
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched with a link to track your order. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t received a tracking email, or contact us, and we’ll be able to assist.
What to Do If Your Order Is Not Received
If your order is not delivered within the timeframes outlined above, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to decide the best course of action. These may include liaising with the courier to find out when your order is and their expected delivery timeframe or resending your order if the items are lost or damaged in transit.
Everbox return policy
We want you to be delighted with your Everbox purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product or change your mind, you can return the item to us for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Returns & Refunds policy
When you shop with EverBox, you can have confidence that if you’re not completely happy with your item you can return it for a full refund or exchange within the guidelines outlined below.
You are entitled to cancel and return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail to info@everbox.com.au or any of the contact methods on our contact page.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Note: Goods that are damaged or supplied in error are eligible for return.
Damaged goods
Damaged goods and goods supplied in error are eligible for return and refund. Return shipping will be organised and paid for by EverBox in this instance.
Funds Return:
We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind on an item and we have sent it, the cost will fall back on the customer to return it. We will be under no obligation to provide a refund.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were received in the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging and still in a saleable condition
- If the item supplied has a tamper-proof seal, this seal cannot be broken, removed or opened.
- Provide proof of purchase
- In case of damaged goods photographic evidence will need to be provide ( No refund will be provide without this )
Non Refundable Goods:
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which have been opened and used
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us**.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
